Absolut Extrakt is a kind of vodka that's not really vodka, also not really gin, but is refreshing and sort of spicy at the same time.
Confusing, right? So we created a customer service center to try to explain it.
We set up an actual "0800" phone line (Brazil's official FAQ type of phone number),
where callers could interact with each of the campaign's characters.
